Olive Ada BUME N., MBA PM, Agile Hybrid Pro, WPS Practitioner, is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and business analysis. Currently serving as an Ethics Review Committee Member at the Project Management Institute since January 2023, Olive has been a Senior Business Analyst at ENEO Cameroon Company S.A. since March 2016, where responsibilities include monitoring operational plans to minimize unserved energies. Olive has held significant leadership roles within the PMI Cameroon Chapter, progressing from Vice President of Administration, Governance and Ethics to President, and then Past President, focusing on governance and meeting management. Additional contributions include membership on the Judging Committee for the PMO Global Awards and various analytical positions in previous organizations, where Olive implemented systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a degree in Business Management from the University of Wales.
