Christen Johnson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as the VP of Strategy and Operations at Project Hive Pet Company since January 2021. Prior to this role, Christen held various senior positions at Garven, LLC, where responsibilities included EVP of Strategy & Operations and VP of Product Design & Strategy, and at Lawrence Merchandising Services as VP of Marketing, Operations & Recruiting. Christen's career began at Target, where significant roles included Director of Merchandising, Senior Buyer for Cosmetics, and Buyer for Stationery/Holiday, with achievements such as leading successful product strategies and managing substantial financial portfolios. Christen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Gustavus Adolphus College.
