Fany Silva is a dedicated professional with a strong background in engineering and environmental policy. Currently serving as a Basta Fellow at projectBASTA since March 2022 and a Project Destined Fellow since June 2022, Fany has gained valuable experience through various internships, including a Software Engineer Intern at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) where Power BI dashboards were developed and over 100 datasets were analyzed using DAX code. Previous experience includes participation in the NYC Accelerator Internship Program focused on clean energy initiatives, as well as being a Colin Powell Climate Policy Fellow, where Fany engaged in discussions on climate-related policies and emerging green technologies. Fany holds dual degrees in Electrical Engineering (BE) and Psychology (BA) from The City College of New York.
