Kym Cadle PCC, CPCC is the founder of Pure Ambition, a coaching and consulting firm established in November 2011, dedicated to empowering socially conscious individuals and organizations to enhance performance for greater social impact. Kym serves as faculty for ProInspire, a nonprofit focused on developing leaders in the social sector, and has held volunteer roles, including Leadership Councilmember and Life Skills Program Designer at The Salvation Army. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Board Vice President and Green Business Program Chair for Sustainable San Ramon and multiple senior roles at Otis Spunkmeyer, Brigade (formerly InfoPlex), and Harte-Hanks Response Management. Kym's expertise encompasses culture and team engagement, leadership development, strategic planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
