Nancy Jean-Simon, MS-MHA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare organizations. Nancy started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Medical Sales Management in 2009 and then moved on to work as an Account Service Representative at Stryker Sustainability Solutions from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Kindred Healthcare as a Clinical Liaison, where they built relationships with referral sources and facilitated the referral and admission process. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Executive Fellow at Kindred Healthcare, overseeing facility management, staffing, payroll, and financial operations. In 2016, they joined Advantage Care Physicians as a Regional Hospitalist Operations Manager, responsible for managing the Hospitalist program in the Long Island region. Nancy then joined AdvantageCare Physicians as an Administrator from 2017 to 2019, where they developed and implemented strategic plans, managed a medical staff of 100, and handled financial and budgetary functions. Currently, Nancy is working as the Director of Operations at ProHEALTH Care.

Nancy Jean-Simon, MS-MHA, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northeastern University in the years 2001-2006. Nancy then pursued further education and completed their Masters of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Regis College during the years 2011-2013.
