Shoichi Sugiyama has been working in the corporate world since 2010. Shoichi began their career at ProHawk, where they served as Co-Founder and a member of the Advisory Board. In 2016, Sugiyama moved to TFD Group, where they held the position of Vice President.

Shoichi Sugiyama obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS from Tokai University between 1969 and 1972. Shoichi then completed an MS in Gerontology & Psychology at St. Cloud State University. Finally, they earned a Ph.D in Social Psychology from the University of Maryland between 1996 and 1999.
