Phillip Easter currently serves as Sr Director of Engineering at Progyny, Inc., a role held since March 2024, focusing on transformative solutions in fertility and women’s health. Prior to this position, Phillip was Sr Director of Mobile App Development at Petco from December 2021 to March 2024, overseeing the development of iOS and Android apps that enhance pet health management. Phillip’s extensive experience includes a tenure at American Airlines as Head of Emerging Technology and Director of Mobile Apps, where leadership was provided to teams exploring new technologies and developing mobile applications for customers. Previous roles include Chief Mobile Architect and Co-Founder at AirMe, Product Manager and Systems Architect at Peak Consulting, Server Platform Architect at IBM, and Founder and CTO of CellNews.com.
