Heather Barnes is a seasoned executive currently serving as Senior Vice President at Progyny, Inc., where focus is on providing equitable access to a vast family building network. Since March 2021, Heather has been a member of Chief, an organization aimed at empowering female leaders. Prior experience includes Senior Sales Executive at Mercer, where strategic consulting services were provided, and Northeast US Sales Leader at Accolade, Inc., specializing in virtual medical opinion services. Heather has also held significant roles at Willis Towers Watson, ConnectYourCare/OPTUMFinancial, Aon, and Mercer. Educationally, Heather holds a BS in Communication from Ithaca College.
