Danielle Brown is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Securities & Commercial Counsel at Progyny, Inc. since February 2024 and as a member of the invitation-only TechGC community since June 2023. Previously, Danielle held roles including VP of Legal & Business Affairs and Counsel at Known from February 2020 to October 2022, and Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel at Cohen & Steers from February 2014 to February 2020. Danielle began their career as an Associate in General Corporate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP from October 2010 to February 2014. Danielle earned a JD from Georgetown University Law Center in 2010 and a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University in 2003.
