Erica Bierschbach is an experienced professional with a diverse background in credit operations and sales management. Currently serving as a Credit Operations Specialist II at Upgrade, Inc. since December 2017, Erica also holds a position as a Sales Manager at Progrexion, overseeing sales teams for Lexington Law Firm Credit Repair since August 2014. Previous roles include Quality Analyst at Humana from December 2010 to May 2014 and Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy from May 2006 to October 2010. Erica earned an Associate of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from Glendale Community College (2004-2008) and pursued further education at Arizona State University (2008-2010).
