Julio González is an experienced professional in program management and community engagement, currently serving as the Fellows Program Director at the Progressive Turnout Project since May 2021. Julio has held multiple roles within the organization, including Fellows Program Manager and Alumni Engagement Coordinator. Prior experience includes legislative affairs at Lake County Sheriff's Office, educational roles at Waukegan Public Schools, and various positions in the arts and conservation sectors. Julio's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of West Georgia and dual Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Geography and Environmental Science from Colgate University and the University of Wollongong, respectively.
