Janna S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer and sales support, alumni and family engagement, as well as account management. Currently serving as the Customer and Sales Support Manager at Progressive Produce, Janna S. oversees a team of five coordinators and facilitates communication across various departments while troubleshooting issues related to EDI and accounting. Previously, as Associate Director of Alumni and Family Engagement at Loyola Marymount University, Janna S. implemented systems to enhance alumni involvement and collaborated with diverse university departments to achieve strategic goals. Janna S. also held positions as Account Manager and Account Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing client accounts and ensuring project satisfaction. Janna S. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
