Mitika Jain is a Program Coordinator at Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society since April 2022, responsible for project planning, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of a trauma-informed approach during support services. Previously, Mitika served as a Program Assistant at PICS Society from June 2020 to October 2021, where responsibilities included conducting participant surveys, creating educational materials, and facilitating online English classes.
