Theo Fielding has extensive experience in competitive intelligence and data analysis, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Competitive Intelligence at Progressive Insurance since August 2004. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining competitive information related to Auto, Home, and Special Lines, as well as managing processes for sourcing and analyzing competitor data. Previously, Theo held various positions at Progressive, including IT Manager for Service Management Analysis and Consulting, Associate Manager of Data Analysis, and Data Analyst roles focused on claims and asset management. Earlier experience includes work as a Risk Reporting Analyst at Sterling Jewelers, where analysis and reporting on credit risk were key duties. Educational background includes studies at Baldwin Wallace University and Indiana State University, along with a high school diploma from Akron North High School.
