Allison Schaefer Crews, AIA, serves as a Project Manager at Progressive Companies since November 2024, following a notable tenure at Cline Design where roles included Team Leader and Senior Project Manager from February 2016 to November 2024. Prior experience includes positions at Jenkins•Peer Architects as an Intern Architect and at Wright McGraw Beyer Architects as an Architectural Intern. Allison has a strong foundation in BIM modeling, schematic design, and client engagement, gained through diverse roles in educational settings such as UNC Charlotte and Southern Illinois University, where responsibilities ranged from research assistance in digital arts to teaching various architecture-related camps. Allison holds a dual Master's degree in Architecture and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Southern Illinois University.
