Radoslav Kirilov has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Progress since November 2009, focusing on innovation and team development within the Unite UX team. Previous roles at Progress include Software Engineering Manager, Principal Software Engineer, Team Leader, and Senior Developer, where Radoslav has successfully formed high-performance teams, employed modern client-side technologies such as Angular and Node.js, and provided technical support for Telerik ASP.NET. Prior to Progress, Radoslav worked at NASD as a Trainer and Developer after earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Sofia in June 2008.
