Nencho Nenchev has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Progress since June 2012, where responsibilities have included addressing client issues, writing documentation, and managing a team of Technical Support Engineers. Previously, Nencho held the role of .Net Developer at CNsys PLC from September 2010 to May 2012. Nencho holds a Master's degree in Informatics and Communications Technology from Technical University Sofia, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
