Charles Kofron is a seasoned professional in acquisitions and finance with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors. Since November 2016, Charles has been the Vice President of Acquisitions at Progress Residential®, where responsibilities include leading the Acquisitions Team, leveraging data and technology for the acquisitions process, and driving investment strategy execution. Prior roles at Progress Residential® included Acquisitions Director, Manager, Associate, and Analyst. Earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst in Alternative Investments at Goldman Sachs, where Charles received the Efficiency Recognition Award for implementing productivity-enhancing technologies, as well as positions at Scientia Vascular and Assure Equity Partners, where contributions included financial modeling and system automation. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Westminster University and has furthered education through MIT Professional Education.
