Shayan Beland is currently a consultant at Prognos AG, a leading economic research company in Europe, since January 2023. Previous experience includes working as a consultant at Nortal Germany from September 2020 to December 2022 and serving as a junior consultant at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from December 2019 to June 2020. Shayan Beland also completed an internship focused on public relations at the European Commission in Germany in 2018, held a student position at Arbeit und Leben e.V. from October 2017 to June 2018, and worked as a student assistant in the German Bundestag from March 2016 to March 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in European Studies from European-University Viadrina and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by an International Economics and Management program at FEP U. Porto and a study semester at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
