Ilija Pavlovic is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Director and General Manager at ProGlove since June 2019, where responsibilities include motivating employees and designing strategies for growth. Prior to ProGlove, Ilija worked at Schneider Electric DMS NS from June 2012 to June 2019 as a Team Lead in the Research and Development department, leading an agile team of specialists, and also held the position of Senior Software Engineer, focusing on enterprise systems for real-time network monitoring. Ilija's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at RT-RK from December 2010 to May 2012, where the focus was on developing prototype algorithms for BLDC motors, and a Summer Internship at RT-RK in 2010 involving the implementation of communication interfaces. Ilija holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Technical Science in Novi Sad.
