Shadi Ståhl has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. In 1998, they began their career as a Production Engineer at Haldex. In 1999, they worked as a Product Development and Design at Bertrandt AG where they developed and designed a new bonnet for Opel Vectra. In 2000, they were a Project Manager at Epsilon Sweden. From 2003 to 2013, they worked at SCA - Hygiene and Forest Products Company in roles such as Global Patent Coordinator, Early Product and Innovation Concept Developer, and Product Developer Inco. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Global Product Development, Project Manager at Essity. Most recently, they have been a Senior Technical Director at Profundus AB Sweden since 2021.

Shadi Ståhl obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University between 1995 and 2000.
