Kudret Özturk is a seasoned consultant at Profource since July 2015, specializing in Oracle solutions with a focus on optimal management and usage. Prior to this role, Kudret pursued a Master of Science in Labor, Organization, and Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration was also obtained. Experience includes an internship with the Gemeente Rotterdam, involving research on social media's impact in job recruitment, and an internship at the European Parliament, assisting Member of Parliament Ismail Ertug. Further roles included an administrative position at Nationale-Nederlanden and an internship focused on citizen participation in the Feijenoord district.
