Nicole Bielakowski currently serves as SVP of Central Operations at Profound Research, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Nicole was Vice President of Clinical Research Operations for Decentralized Clinical Trials at Vault Health, where responsibilities included scaling DCT services, hiring project managers, and optimizing workflows. Prior to Vault Health, Nicole held various leadership roles at Amazon, culminating in Head of Global Business Development, managing a diverse business portfolio and exceeding significant revenue targets. Nicole's career also includes experience in retail management at companies such as Target and A|X Armani Exchange. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
