Mazda Imani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career in 2010 as a Teacher Assistant at KTH, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they also took on the role of Teacher Assistant at KTH from January 2010 to January 2011.

In 2013, Imani joined SEB as an Account Manager and stayed with the company until 2013.

Following this, they worked at Elekta as a Master Thesis from October 2013 to April 2014.

From 2014 to 2018, Imani worked as a Consultant at Tritech Technology AB.

Their most recent position is as a Software Developer at Profoto, where they have been since August 2018. In this role, Imani is a part of the R&D department and mainly focuses on development for the embedded software of the final products, also involved in product design and software architecture.

Mazda Imani's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Åva Gymnasium, where they pursued the Naturvetenskapsprogrammet. From 2008 to 2011, Mazda attended the KTH Royal Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering. They furthered their education at the same institute from 2011 to 2014, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechatronics. In 2013, Mazda briefly attended Iowa State University, studying Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Computer Security.
