Randy Minervino has a strong work experience spanning several decades. Randy started their career in 1980 as a Sergeant and Drill Instructor in the United States Marine Corps, serving until 1983. In 1984, they joined Mountain International as a Sales and Marketing Administrator before moving on to Profitec Billing Services in 1986. At Profitec Billing Services, Randy held the position of EVP Sales and Marketing, where they led the company's new client acquisition efforts and was responsible for marketing, sales, product evolution, and client relationship management.

Randy Minervino obtained their Associates degree in Marketing from Mattatuck College from 1983 to 1985. Randy then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics and Marketing at Western Connecticut State University, which they completed from 1983 to 1986.
