Jaya Dhillon has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Jaya is currently working as a Solutions Engineer at Profisee since September 2022. Prior to this, Jaya worked at SAS as a Solution Consultant - US Professional Services from April 2021 to September 2022, where they implemented SAS solutions for financial institutions and managed projects from requirements gathering to implementation. Before that, Jaya held the role of Sr. Associate Solution Consultant at SAS from March 2015 to June 2018, working on SAS EVAAS, an education software system that evaluates the impact of teachers, schools, and districts on student learning. Jaya also has experience as a Research Lead at Evalueserve, where they developed response models and maintained documentation for audit purposes from June 2014 to March 2015. Jaya's early career includes roles as a Student (Master of Science in Analytics) at Louisiana State University from June 2013 to June 2014, a Programmer Analyst at Inductis from December 2010 to May 2012, a Sr. Programmer at AbsolutData Analytics from May 2007 to November 2010, and a Summer Intern at the Informatics Division of the Supreme Court of India in 2006.

Jaya Dhillon obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, completing the program between 2003 and 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Analytics at Louisiana State University from 2013 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Jaya Dhillon has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Jaya obtained the "SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 Credential" from SAS in August 2012. In January 2014, they achieved two more certifications from SAS, namely the "SAS Certified Advanced Programmer" and the "SAS Certified Statistical Business Analyst Using SAS 9: Regression and Modeling". More recently, in June 2022, they obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft. Additionally, Jaya Dhillon holds two certifications in data management, namely the "Master Data System Administrator" certification from Profisee, obtained in October 2022, and the "Data Steward" certification from Profisee, acquired in January 2023.
