Ferdi van Elswijk currently serves as the Global Head of Hydroponics at Profile Products, which specializes in 100% bio-based, renewable, and compostable substrates for various agricultural markets. Prior experience includes a tenure at Koppert Biological Systems, where Ferdi held roles ranging from Key Account Manager for North America to Crop Team Manager for Hydroponic Greenhouse Vegetables. Ferdi also managed the Prominent Greenhouse Academy during a significant period at Prominent Growers Association, which focuses on sharing greenhouse knowledge among its members. Additionally, Ferdi has experience as an Energy Manager and Horticultural Consultant, along with background as a Biological Systems Specialist Trainer with Koppert.
