Michael Noorman is an experienced educator and creative professional with a diverse background in teaching, theater, and community service. Currently serving as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at EDUStaff, LLC since June 2015 and a Substitute Teacher for Professional Educational Services Group, LLC since December 2014, Michael also operates as the Owner of Fishalamode, specializing in freelance storytelling, consulting, writing, and editing. Previous roles include Case Manager at Arbor Circle, where Michael provided substance abuse and mental health case management, and Director of Grape Jam, a children's puppet theater. Michael's foundational experience includes directing theater ministries, direct care work, and extensive work in maintenance and theater at Calvin College, where Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on theater.
