Katie Smith is an experienced professional in accounts receivable and medical data management, currently serving as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Professional Case Management since November 2021. Previous roles include Medical Data Specialist and Visitation Concierge at Kavod Senior Life, as well as a Learning Assistant at Metropolitan State University of Denver for a semester-long Genetics course. Additionally, Katie held the position of Head of Operations/Product Production at Phia Lab and gained experience in customer service as a Barista/Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, Server/Hostess at Bakers St Pub & Grill, and Cashier at Corner Bakery Cafe.
