Ajay Kumar is an experienced project leader currently serving as Project Lead at AE Hub since October 2019. Prior to this role, Ajay worked as an Advisor for GOV- Performance Improvement at EY, where responsibilities included development and project management services for DMF in Keonjhar. Ajay's earlier career at Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN) spanned nearly a decade, holding various executive roles and gaining extensive experience in project execution. Ajay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Rural Management from Centurion University of Technology and Management and completed an Executive Development Program in Leadership and Change Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
