Martin Arias Rabanal is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in budget management within the metalworking industry. Currently serving as Jefe de Presupuestos at Mega Estructuras S. A. since August 2022, Martin previously held similar roles at FGA Ingenieros S.A. and Técnicas Metálicas Ingenieros SAC, where responsibilities included overseeing commercial and budgetary operations. Martin has been a registered civil engineer with the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú (CIP 71398) since 2002 and earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú between 1986 and 1992.
