Lauri Reilson has diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lauri currently works as a Software Engineer at Proekspert AS since May 2021. Previously, they held a position at Reconext / Teleplan Estonia OÜ as a Software Engineer from April 2018 to April 2021. In this role, they utilized C++ and Qt to enhance an automated testing and grading solution for modems and set-top boxes. Additionally, they developed software for a device managing Android and iOS mobile phones, improving both the GUI and back-end, and implementing unit testing. Before that, Lauri worked as a Junior System Engineer at CDP Technologies AS from June 2017 to February 2018. In this position, they handled small bug fixes, UI enhancements, and was responsible for writing unit-tests and GUI tests. Prior to their career in software engineering, Lauri gained experience as a Student Manager at Southwestern Advantage in 2012 and as a Sales Representative at the same company in 2011.

Lauri Reilson earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, completing the program between 2015 and 2020.
