Iris Bloem is a seasoned professional with a rich background in product ownership and operations management. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Productowner.nl since January 2023, Iris previously held the role of Director of Operations at Weekend Creative Agency from January 2018 to August 2022, managing a team of 20 designers and overseeing various operational responsibilities, including a significant merger project focused on team and process integration. Earlier experience includes roles as a Digital Strategist and Team Lead Project Management at E-sites, where Iris facilitated design sprints and implemented Agile Scrum methodologies, alongside serving as a Project/Account Manager at Insiders Online.
