Brett Wallner has extensive experience in technology support and customer service, currently serving as a Vending Services Support Specialist at PTS Group since June 2019, specializing in the installation and maintenance of Vendor Managed Inventory systems. Prior to this role, Brett worked at BlackHawk Industrial from April 2015 to May 2019, advancing from Customer Service Representative to Inside Sales Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing numerous accounts across the U.S. and utilizing various technologies for customer interactions. Earlier experience includes a role as a Technology Specialist at OfficeMax from 2011 to March 2015, overseeing the Technology Department and providing computer repair services, alongside a variety of retail functions. Brett holds a Microsoft Certification in Computer Software and Media Applications from Brigham Young University, completed between 2013 and 2014.
