Joy Miner (Montello) serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff for the Office of the CEO at Product School since January 2023. As an Executive, Team, and OKR coach at Empowered Outcome since March 2021, Joy Miner works with global companies and startups to provide transformation coaching. Previous roles include Advisor and Interim Chief of Staff at VentureTech Group, Head of Product at Tegus, Director of Product, Analytics & Operations at Datasite, and various positions at Target and General Mills, focusing on product operations and business intelligence. Joy Miner holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from Bethel University.
