Daniela Beltrán Suito

Customer Experience Lead at Product School

Daniela Beltrán Suito has a diverse work experience in various industries. Daniela started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Scotiabank Peru, where they coordinated work environment surveys and provided support to the Internal Communications department. Daniela then worked as an Economics Program Coordinator at the Ministry of Education in Peru, leading a team of volunteers and coordinating with partners and teachers.

Daniela also served as a Program Coordinator at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating international academic programs and supporting students throughout the program. Daniela later joined UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología as a Project Manager, leading and implementing academic projects and cooperation activities while controlling the budget and providing regular project reports.

Before joining Product School as a Project Manager, Daniela worked at Translock IT as a Project Manager, managing new initiatives and coordinating with IT developers, as well as conducting online demos and recruiting and training sales representatives in multiple regions.

In their current role as a Customer Experience Lead at Product School, Daniela oversees customer support operations, collaborates with the Director of Customer Experience to drive strategy and operations, and works closely with internal stakeholders to align strategies and goals. Daniela also coordinated the development of educational content and tracked metrics as a Project Manager at Product School.

Overall, Daniela has gained experience in project management, coordination, leadership, and customer support throughout their career.

Daniela Beltrán Suito completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and Business Management at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2019 to 2020. Daniela earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Daniela participated in student exchange programs at École Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur in 2013 and Universidad Europea in 2010-2011. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Product Manager Certification from Product School in 2023, and they have also received certifications in Etiquette & Productivity, Manage Projects in Slack, and Workflow Builder from Slack in 2022. Daniela further holds a TOEFL ITP-B2 certification from The TOEFL® test in 2019 and a Diplôme d'Études en Langue Française - DELF B2 from the Secretariat General Ministry of National Education, Higher Education, and Research in 2016.
