Dominic Adams began their work experience in 1988 as Plant Management at Castrol UK. In 2000, they joined BP as a Supply chain sourcing manager, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they became the Finance and Operations Director at Prodo.

Dominic Adams earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester between 1985 and 1988.
