Stephen Moore has more than 30 years of experience in the securities industry. He was a Vice President for Burns Fry Ltd., Lancaster Financial Inc. and TD Securities, where he held a number of functional responsibilities including research, sales and trading, and corporate finance. He was a founder and Managing Director of Kensington Capital Partners, a firm specializing in private equity advisory services. He serves as a director of CI Financial Corp. and is a trustee of the Advantaged Preferred Share Trust. Mr. Moore has a B.A. (Economics) and an MBA from Queens University.
