Flavio Diniz Silva has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as Gerente de Plataforma Alta at Prodemge since March 2012, where responsibilities include managing the Service Desk Manager system and supporting PHP and MySQL implementations for Minas Gerais' IP Multiservices network. Flavio's prior roles at Prodemge include Especialista III focusing on mainframe capacity management and serving as a Scrum Master, leading agile teams and managing projects. Flavio's earlier experience includes being an Analista de Suporte at Totvs, overseeing incident management, service requests, and training. Flavio holds a degree in Agile Expertise from IGTI, a Master's in Technology Applied to Computational Biology from Faculdades Promove, a degree in Civil Engineering from Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte, a Bachelor's in Information Systems from Faculdade Anhanguera, and a Technical degree in Information Technology from Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
