Victoria Stevens has a diverse work experience in various roles. Victoria started their career at BASES, where they worked as an Analyst and eventually became a Director. At BASES, they led global CPG client's concept/product testing and new product/restage forecasts, managing a team of 5-10 associates. Victoria also developed frameworks and models for analyzing and forecasting new product success.

After their tenure at BASES, Victoria joined NielsenIQ as a Director - Vice President. In this role, they led a remote team of around 10 people, conducting surveys on Nielsen's behavioral panel and traditional survey panels. Victoria was responsible for generating over $10MM in revenue from clients in various industries. Victoria implemented various strategies and initiatives to improve the quality of custom research and foster a customer-centric culture.

Following their time at NielsenIQ, Victoria ventured into vacation property management as a Co-Owner, managing guest accommodations for Airbnb on a 250-acre property. Victoria prioritized guest satisfaction, positive reviews, and high occupancy rates, earning SuperHost status every quarter.

Most recently, Victoria joined Prodege, LLC as the Director of Client Service - Data Solutions. Prodege is a marketing and consumer insights platform that utilizes its global audience of reward program members. Victoria is responsible for leveraging consumer profiling to help leading brands and agencies gather insights and market to their target audiences. Through their role, they aim to drive customer acquisition, engagement, revenue, brand loyalty, and product adoption for their partners.
