Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Prodege, LLC, Kristie has held prominent positions including Vice President of Customer Service and Director of Customer Service at the same company. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Poetic Halo, Community Manager at eduFire, and International Customer Service at MySpace. Kristie began a professional journey with an educational background in Psychology and Marketing from Ashworth College and also attended Southwestern Community College in Iowa.
