Rajiv Papneja is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and SVP & Head of Cloud & Network Services Business Unit at Prodapt, focusing on the development of Software Intensive Network Frameworks and Cloud Native Network Services to enhance operational efficiencies and agility in the telecom sector. Prior to this role, Rajiv held the position of VP & CTO at Huawei Technologies, where significant achievements included aligning customer requirements with technology solutions and leading diverse teams to support major global accounts. Rajiv co-founded Isocore, contributing to technical marketing and client engagements for multiple Tier 1 service providers, and also has tenure at Avici Systems and George Mason University, where foundational work in protocol testing and network design took place. Educational credentials include a Tuck Executive Leadership Program certificate and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University.
