Sofia PH is an experienced professional currently serving as the ESG Services Reporting Operations Manager at Procter & Gamble since October 2018, previously holding roles as Material Supply Manager, Demand Planner, and Demand Planning Process Engineer within the same organization. In addition to this, Sofia PH has been an Ambassador for Women in Games WIGJ since October 2020. Prior experience includes positions related to research and development as well as quality control at Sika from June 2017 to September 2018. Sofia PH holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Costa Rica, earned between January 2019 and September 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, completed in 2018.
