Madhu S. is an experienced professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as a SIOC Area Leader and Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble since June 2022, focusing on operations at the largest site in North America by volume. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Intern at RedLeaf Biologics, Inc., Product Development Associate at Summit Biosciences Inc., and an Asset Technology Co-Op at DSM, where involvement included fermentation processes and pilot plant trials. Madhu also gained experience as an Engineering Ambassador for the University of Kentucky College of Engineering, recruiting prospective students, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky, contributing to research on cell positioning in heart scaffolds. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Kentucky, complimented by early internships in bioengineering and computer science.
