Juan Baraya, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across major companies. Currently serving as Finance Director for the Walmart Canada Customer Team at Procter & Gamble since November 2016, Juan has held various finance-related positions within the company, including Finance Director for The Dover Wipes Company and Finance & Omni Director for Baby Care (Pampers). Prior to Procter & Gamble, Juan was an International Associate at Scotiabank, selected for the leadership development program for MBA graduates. Experience also includes a role as Sales & Finance Analyst at Red Bull, where strategic guidance was provided to the immediate consumption channel across North Latin America, and as a Financial Advisor at BBVA, focusing on high-value client pension portfolio investments. Juan holds an MBA from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.
