Ethan Stiefel is a Senior Scientist specializing in Packaging MPD at Procter & Gamble since July 2023, where responsibilities include leading packaging initiatives for Skin and Personal Care and strategizing future secondary and tertiary packaging for North America. Prior to this role, Ethan served as Senior Process Engineering Manager at iMFLUX from May 2015 to July 2023, leading cross-functional innovation squads and focusing on customer-centric product development and continuous improvement. Additional experience includes positions as Innovation and Commercialization Leader at iMFLUX and various engineering roles at GE Appliances and Plastic Components, Inc. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s degree and an Associate's degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.
