Nermin Karasalihovic has held various roles in the banking industry, starting as a Branch Manager at NLB Banka Sarajevo from 2017 to 2019. Currently, at ProCredit Bank BiH, Nermin serves as the Head Of Back Office department and Business department Medium/Corporate specialist. Prior to this, at the same company from 2007 to 2017, Nermin held positions such as Head of service center, Branch Manager, Small business supervisor, Client relationship coordinator, and Medium account manager. Before entering the banking sector, Nermin worked at Triglav osiguranje d.d. from 2002 to 2007 as a Stručni saradnik za prijavu, procjenu i likvidaciju šteta imovinskih osiguranja and Stručni saradnik za poslove osiguranja imovine i reosiguranje.
