Nicolai Bornand currently serves as an Account Executive for Procore Technologies, focusing on enterprise sales since July 2022. Responsibilities include conducting independent discovery calls and product demonstrations, generating and qualifying leads with top ENR contractors, and building pipelines through cross-selling and upselling. Nicolai has previously owned Unique Cleaning & Restoration from March 2019 to July 2022, where strategic leadership and financial management were key responsibilities. Prior experience also includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Unique Maintenance Inc. and as General Manager of Operations at Crystal Clear Pools. Nicolai holds a degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and is a certified technician in water and fire damage remediation through IICRC. Notable accomplishments include being the Enterprise General Contractors Team Lead and a member of the Procore Culture Committee.
