Emily Jensen is a Senior Technical Writer at findhelp since June 2022, contributing to the organization’s mission of connecting the public with essential goods and services. Previously, Emily took a career sabbatical to care for children from June 2020 to May 2022. With extensive experience in technical writing, Emily held positions at Kapsch TrafficCom North America, where responsibilities included managing a team of technical writers and enhancing documentation processes for multimillion-dollar transportation projects. Other roles included technical writing for Redstone Technologies, Schneider Electric, and various teaching positions at Texas State University and middle schools, culminating in a Master’s degree in Technical Communication from Texas State University.
