Dan Baker currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Legal Operations at Procore Technologies, where responsibilities include transforming vendor and finance processes, knowledge management, workflow automation, and business intelligence within the Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance organization. Prior to Procore, Dan held various leadership positions, including Director of Counsel Strategy & Operations at Twitter, where oversight of legal and compliance operations was provided, and Director/Chief of Staff for Legal, Regulatory, and Government Affairs at Ancestry, where a framework for staff roles and fiscal planning was implemented. Dan's experience also includes serving as the Head of Legal Operations at LinkedIn, where the legal operations function was built and scaled. Previous roles include Senior Business Analyst at PlayStation and Finance, IT, and Legal Business Analyst at BlackRock. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
